Beautiful condo with fabulous views! I would highly recommend this condo. The furnishings are all very nice and it is in a lovely, gated community. Might be a problem for a group coming there as there was only a one-car garage and I didn’t see where others might be able to park.

“EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS”

I have sort of high expectations for accommodations, and this house greatly exceeded all of them. The layout was perfect for us (me, three kids, nanny). The location is exceptional- close to everything. The home is beautiful, and shows better than the pictures. The company managing the property were kind, helpful, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in Seaside.

“INCREDIBLE HOUSE”

This house is absolutely awesome! We had a great stay with our family and close friends. The pool was heated to hot tub temps. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group.Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom and the “carriage house” is a one bedroom apartment. The market and restaurants are only an 8 minute walk.

Taste and Sea was a beautiful spacious home and was exactly as the pictures described. The house was beautifully decorated and it was very clean upon our arrival. We had minor inquiry about the water heater and the company responded promptly and were very nice to work with! “Wonderful WaterSound Vacation!”

Our family had a wonderful vacation in WaterSound. The house was so beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and grilling out by the private pool. We were very pleased with the gated location and beautiful private beach. The walk to the beach was so beautiful as we took in natural scenery of sand dunes and lakes. So relaxing! Ann was wonderful and attentive to our needs as was the house maintenance staff. We definitely want to return to WaterSound!

A wonderfully unique and vast rotunda with 13′ ceilings draws you into the views of rolling dunes, the white sand beaches, and the beautiful blue water of the Emerald Coast. You can see for miles and miles. Simply stunning.  You will also have usage of a four seat GOLF CART**, which is for use within the WaterSound community only.

Stepping into this cozy, traditional condo, you’ll start relaxing in the comfort it provides. The main living area has an open concept feel that allows you and your guests to enjoy each other’s company easily. Hard wood floors, soft colors and traditional wainscotting run throughout the main living space. The dining table has seating for six with additional space at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. This is a great kitchen for whipping up a family meal when not enjoying one of the many restaurants along 30A. While the indoor living space is lovely, you can’t help but be drawn to the balcony and its Gulf views. With a dining table for 4 and additional seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to start and end your day.
