Ground Floor: The great room provides plush and comfortable furnishings with a new 65 inch flat screen as well as Sonos system. Steps away sits a lovely and spacious screened-in porch with cozy chairs overlooking Port Washington State Park; the ideal backdrop for which to unwind and relax after a fun filled day at the beach. - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.

We loved this house and its quiet location at the back of the Watercolor neighborhood. It was a convenient distance to pools and a really easy hop to the grocery store. Lots of driveway space for parking and seating space in the main areas. We loved the house layout and it was great for kids. When we were there the dryer wasn't working well and took forever to dry loads and there was a raccoon that was tearing into the trash every day. Those would really be my only cons to the home! Definitely would consider staying here again!

Dryer has been replaced since Spring.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need and the bikes were a great plus. We have stayed in a number of watercolor properties, but this one was probably the best. Being close to the frog pool was also a huge plus with our small children.

Our family loved this beautifully appointed and well maintained home. Definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Great location to pools and beach; We rode bikes and played cards and games for rainy days - the home is stocked for all kinds of sun or rain activities! Kellie, the property manager, and her team were so accommodating and professional in responding to our questions and requests - We'll be back!

My wife and I had a five star experience over ten days. One of the best places we have vacationed without needing a passport! We rode bikes everyday and enjoyed the fireplace each morning as it knocked off the chill in the air. One night we grilled out and had a blast. The feeling of home with the beach a five minute walk away or a two minute bike ride. The sunset dinner at a local restaurant was spectacular. Romance, reading, rest and recreation!

Our family spent a wonderful week vacationing at 208 Bluejack. By the end of that week we were hoping that we had just a few more days. The house was probably the best we've stayed in since we started the annual trip 5 years ago. There were 6 biikes to take trips to the pools, the beach, restaurants, etc. Everything was very close. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone with a large family looking to have a relaxing vacation with bedrooms that give you a lot of space and porches that call you to use them. My five and three year old were also well taken care of with the adorable room and unexpected children's flatware and games. Thank you!

The 3 king size beds allowed all adults beds and kiddos in the bunk room. The location was very close to the frog pool and not far from the Camp Watercolor pool. The only thing we had wished it had was a pool. The houses right next door to us both had pools so it would have been so nice to have one! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think as far as dishes but I was a little disappointed it didn't come with more trash bags or dish soap. Overall, the house was awesome, Kellie was awesome to work with and we can't wait to come back next year!
