The sleeping capacity is up to 14 people. This home is in a fabulous location between the boat house and across 30A from the WaterColor Beach Club! It is directly across from beautiful Cerulean Park in the heart of WaterColor and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants of WaterColor and Seaside!

You have a warm feeling when you enter this house; one that lets you know the homeowner wants you to experience how special it is just as she does. It is impeccably decorated, very well thought out and no expense is spared when it comes to the furnishings. From the rich reclaimed wood floors to the upscale chic light beachy decor, this is vacationing at it's finest.

The first floor welcomes you with 3 King Bedrooms. All are very spacious and have their own ensuite bathrooms. The Main King Master on the first floor has a large walk-in closet, separate soaker tub and shower and doors that open up onto the private courtyard between the main house and carriage. The first floor also has a spacious seating area at the base of the staircase for gathering, chatting or watching TV. A convenient half bath and laundry room complete the first floor.

Walk up the stairs to a marvelous open concept, high ceiling and bright living room with plenty of room for large gatherings. Two large plush couches and side chairs in front of the fireplace and flat screen TV draw you in. The very generously sized gourmet kitchen opens up onto living room with top of line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a fabulous square island with seating. The dining area completes this common area with a beautiful table and seating for 8. Open the double doors onto the welcoming porch that wraps around the front and side of the house. Outdoor couches and a high boy table with 4 chairs make for a perfect spot to read a book or sit and watch the goers by.

The second floor also boasts a second master King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large nicely appointed shower. Doors lead from a small hallway to the breezeway that connects the main house to the carriage house. The Carriage House is very spacious, has a King Bed with sectional seating and Kitchenette with counter seating for 2. It's lovely bathroom is sunlit and spacious with a river rock shower.

The third floor loft is a fun space for kids to gather. It has 2 custom-built Twin Beds and 2 couches (not shown in the picture) one of which is a Queen pullout. There is a wet bar and half bath on this floor.

The very private courtyard completes the experience of this home with a couple of loungers and chairs for people to gather and grill up a home cooked meal.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through a specific vendor and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor information provided upon booking.

We couldn't have asked for a better house OR a better location. We have stayed in Watercolor many times, but this location was my favorite....right in between the boathouse and the beach, and on a green space, of course! You can bike to almost anything. No need to get in a car at all unless you want to go far off to eat, which isn't necessary.
The house was awesome! I'm a designer, and I was quite impressed with ALL of the furnishings. Beds were super comfy. We had three families there, and there was plenty of room. We could not have been more pleased, and we'd love to go back!

House fit large group with no problem. Plenty of private sleeping areas, without noise from others. High end furnishings/design but also laid back atmosphere. Friends had fun hanging out on many porches and Living room/Kitchen. Surprised to find luxury beds, slept awesome! Nice mattresses are rare in so many places I have rented around 30A. Location was BEST in Watercolor. Location in premier part of Watercolor area, don't bother renting further back on property, you will not be satisfied. Overlooks really NICE park with world class landscape. SO close to beach, best pools on property and lake for kayaks and paddle boards. Everyone loved this house! Only negative is we didn't stay longer......

We hit a home run with this beautiful house located at 81 watercolor. We have rented properties from Destin-to Seaside. This house is a dream. When we opened the door and looked around at all the beautiful rooms, we were so excited. I couldn't believe my eyes. I just wished my house looked as lovely as this house.. I told my husband that I never wanted to leave and we had found our/my vacation dream home. The kitchen is a chef's dream, Wolf appliances, sub zero refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare a family meal or a gourmet meal. . The family room is so cozy. We loved all the porches that surrounds the house. Makes for great people watching. The children loved riding their bikes all around the property.. Plenty of trails for walking or bike riding...
You are walking distance to the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald colored waters of the Gulf. If you are looking for the perfect house to Rent...This is the one...You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to our return next year, and year after and so on..

From the moment you arrive, you will feel an overwhelming sense of happiness! My family has chosen THIS house many times over for our extended family/friends vacations. We simply LOVE this place. I am well traveled, having been in 56 countries and I am addicted to new adventures most every trip. EXCEPTION....THIS home in Watercolor. We keep coming back here to experience a fun, laid back atmosphere like no other place on earth. From the home's welcoming allure to the awesome location....it overlooks the most perfect, picturesque park you could even imagine....to the fabulous beaches/pools/walking/biking trails through beautiful landscapes, kayaking on a lake that looks like you dreamed it up in your most memorable dream...you can't go wrong in the 30A area of Florida. The restaurants, bars and shopping around 30A are fabulous! The family activities, endless. I sound like a travel agent (I am not), but really, you won't be sorry by planning your families get away here. And this house, has it all! It's d├ęcor is so chic but super comfortable. It has enough room for EVERYONE to have their own space. No weird sleeping arrangements here. We have rented countless houses in Seaside before finding this one. We have experienced strange floor plans, and sleeping spaces. No more looking....This house is our favorite. I love it, every time we come back.....

I don't usually write reviews. Not my thing. That being said....this is one of the best properties my family has ever experienced. Great location....on the park at Watercolor is the place to be. Just a short walk to the most awesome white sand beaches you will ever visit, wine bar and a paddle board/kayaking lagoon I can't get enough of. We love the biking here, all the trails through Watercolor and Seaside keep us busy. We visit this area a lot and this house is the best I have rented. Everyone loved the beds. Mattresses I wish I could have taken home. Family loved the layout and individual spaces so our huge crew could spread out or be together. It has an outdoor grill. My wife says she wants to copy the interior design and kitchen/family room at our house. She also wants me to make an offer on THIS house. We will be back. Get this one, you won't be sorry.
