Reservation/ Booking Policy
- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

Cancellations made within 60 days of your reservation will result in no refund. We will try to accommodate any reservation date changes as best we can, based on availability, with no fees if possible. Cancellations made outside 60 days will result in a full refund less a $250 processing fee.

We loved our stay. Beautiful modern house with gorgeous views from the main living room and master suite. Easy walk to a lovely beach. Easy drive to the beach communities of 30A.

This is absolutely a fabulous house with LOTS of room. It accommodated the 13 of us beautifully. The openness of the main floor made for perfect family time together. The pool is perfect for a large group and for young swimmers. There was some problem with the closest walkway to the beach, which was a big issue. Hopefully, that will be resolved soon so that the distance to the beach is not so inconvenient. Otherwise, this really is the perfect beach house!

We loved our time here! Perfect house brand new, spacious living space and wonderful kitchen. The pool was perfect for our kids and beach was so close and views were amazing. Best house we've stayed in the 30a area. Our experience was great and service was amazing helping with any questions we had about the house. We hope to stay here again!

This home was spectacular. Panoramic gulf views and the huge 2nd floor open great room were perfect for our family. The back yard was huge and we spent endless hours in the pool and playing bag-o in the yard. The 30A Bike Path is literally out the back gate and The Hub is a short bike ride. We also enjoyed dinner at Rosemary Beach and 30Avenue. We look forward to coming back. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed at on 30A.
