This beach cottage has been updated from top to bottom with modern and luxury finishes and elegantly styled by the in-house design group at Restoration Hardware.  The living space features beautiful windows and cathedral ceilings allowing for natural light to fill the home.  The living room features a loft which can be accessed by a modern, metal ladder.  The loft offers sleeping accommodations for 4 guests with two twin single beds each with a twin trundle.  The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream and offers high-end stainless steel appliances.  The two bedrooms create the perfect environment for relaxation and each have a queen sized bed.  Calcutta gold marble adorns each bathroom and is truly stunning! “Dreamcatcher” is an idyllic cottage to enjoy the Seaside lifestyle and live out your beach dream!

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed.  Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property.  If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Passes (2), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 2 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
