There is a guest bedroom on the second floor that has a stylish king sized bed and has access to the hall bathroom which has a single vanity and shower.  Additional seating can be found by the second floor landing and is the perfect spot to start a puzzle or enjoy a snack. 

No detail was missed when designing the first floor of the home.  You are greeted with a welcoming, bright hallway where you will find two bedrooms.  The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  This bedroom has access to the back porch which has comfortable seating where you can feel the salty air breeze while relaxing. The second guest bedroom has two lofted twin sized beds over a king bed and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  This bed also has access to the back porch to indulge in the relaxing environment. There is a laundry room on the first floor for convenience as well.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 
- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company, and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time.  Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 3 beach cruisers. 

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. 
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
