The first floor of this home welcomes you with a cozy living space and a kitchenette for convenience.  There are two bedrooms on this floor.  The first guest bedroom offers a king sized bed and a private bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.  The next bedroom offers two full over queen bunk beds and a shared hall bathroom that has a walk-in shower.  The first laundry room is  located on this floor. 

 The second floor offers a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.  The next bedroom offers a king sized bed, private bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower, with shared balcony access.  The following bedroom features a queen size bed, shared access to the balcony, and access to the jack-n-jill bathroom.  The last bedroom on the second floor is a bunk room with a full over queen that shares access to the bathroom with the queen bedroom. 

The third floor features two master retreats.  The first master bedroom offers a king sized bed, access to the balcony, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  The additional master bedroom is a bohemian dream with a king size canopy bed, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower with marble inlay from the floor to the ceiling. There is also a laundry room for convenience 
 
The fourth floor treats you to stunning gulf views from the kitchen to the living and dining space.  The kitchen is a chef’s dream with ample, marble countertop space to the stainless steel appliances featuring a gas range, refrigerator, two dishwashers, and two sinks.  There is bar stool seating for five and the stylish dining table offers seating for eight.  The balcony is an oasis with a rooftop pool (that can be heated), nice seating, and beautiful views of the beach and gulf!  

** Construction noises may be present during your stay as there are new homes being built in the subdivision and surrounding areas.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 
- Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual.  Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 8 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.  

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
