Arrive at the beautiful two-story home covered in gray shaker tiles and trimmed with white and dark contrasting colors, which blend into the surroundings rather than stand out. The waterfront home on Camp Creek Lake has plenty of outdoor relaxation, including multiple decks and balconies. A walkway leads to a set of steps and the main entrance to the home. There are also steps at the back of the home where you can easily go from home to outdoor activities. Choose to go into the home, or open the door to a screened-in deck with outdoor living seating that is also accessed from the master suite. The second floor boasts a balcony with multiple seating areas, including a covered balcony accessed from the living space with outdoor seating with a perfect view of the lake. Another covered balcony off the side of the home is accessed by the living space and hosts a massive stainless steel BBQ grill and outdoor living and dining seating. A final outdoor space is a deck with a pergola that is accessed by a bedroom. You’ll enjoy the use of an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach or community pool.

Two of the queen bedrooms have access to a jack-n-jill bathroom sharing a shower, but each having their own sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and offers two twin single mattresses that are lofted over a custom, built-in desk and shelving for those needing to get a little work done. Each of the twin beds do have their own tv. There are stairs leading to the tower which has a hot tub and beautiful views of Seaside.
The outdoor space of this home is just as nice as the inside featuring a lovely pool (that can be heated for $35/day), third floor tower with a hot tub for relaxing, an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 guests, and a gas grill. “Chatham House” is a landmark in Seaside, Florida and is a great foundation for a beach vacation your friends and family will never forget!
