This home was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of every room in the house. Our large family had ample space to enjoy, and loved the outdoor space to relax in the mornings and evenings! The use of the bikes was a great way to get to the beach. We loved the quaint and quiet area. Baileigh did a great job answering our questions and helping us with a small issue. We would definitely vacation here again!

Beautiful condo with fabulous views! I would highly recommend this condo. The furnishings are all very nice and it is in a lovely, gated community. Might be a problem for a group coming there as there was only a one-car garage and I didn’t see where others might be able to park.

“EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS”
I have sort of high expectations for accommodations, and this house greatly exceeded all of them. The layout was perfect for us (me, three kids, nanny). The location is exceptional- close to everything. The home is beautiful, and shows better than the pictures. The company managing the property were kind, helpful, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in Seaside.

“INCREDIBLE HOUSE”
This house is absolutely awesome! We had a great stay with our family and close friends. The pool was heated to hot tub temps. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group.Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom and the “carriage house” is a one bedroom apartment. The market and restaurants are only an 8 minute walk.

Taste and Sea was a beautiful spacious home and was exactly as the pictures described. The house was beautifully decorated and it was very clean upon our arrival. We had minor inquiry about the water heater and the company responded promptly and were very nice to work with! We would definitely stay in this house again and would definitely book through dune rentals again! Thank you so much.

Very clean and spacious. Enough room for me, my husband and our 11 month old. Upstairs bedroom has enough room for the pack-n-play or portable crib. Quick walk to the beach and the shops – no need to drive in the car!

We travel extensively and this home surpassed all of our expectations. The proximity to the central square was so convenient, especially if we needed something from the market or just wanted another grilled cheese! The home layout is great for everyone to spread out but still be near one another. We enjoyed both porches and we all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable of any home that we have ever visited. Thank you so much to the Murphy family for sharing their home with us and we will most certainly be reserving it again soon!

Excellent home for multiple families! Outside living space allowed us to watch football and still enjoy the pool and hot tub. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Location is PREMIUM! The wine Bar and the beach is only a block from the front door! No need to go to another pool! This one was perfect! Incredible home!! NO COMPLAINTS IN ANY AREA WITH THIS HOME!!!

The Sands – July 23, 2016
“FABULOUS VACATION AT THE SANDS!”
We usually stay in Rosemary Beach, but could not find a home large enough for our family this year. We booked “The Sands” and could not have been happier. It is a brand new house that backs to the woods. It was closer to the beach than where we usually rent in Rosemary Beach, and the best part was that the beach was not crowded. The staff at Dune Rentals was great. The pool and backyard were great for the whole family. The kids loved the bubblers in the pool and the corn hole game. The game room was also a big hit, Foosball and Ping Pong tournaments were ongoing throughout our week.
The home was very bright and clean, and it was easy to park with the huge, long driveway. We did not have to worry about parking, like in years past. We walked to Alys Beach for movie night, and rode our bikes to Rosemary Beach and the Hub. We look forward to coming back to The Sands next year.

“LOVED THE WEEK WE SPENT AT CHEERFUL TURTLE”
Not a negative thing to say about this home. Location is perfect with easy access to 30A, Watercolor Beach, Seaside, and the 3-minute walk to Publix Crossings Center to pick up missing ingredients or another bottle of wine is unbelievably convenient. Home layout was perfect and our mutli-generational family had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the two green spaces next to the home, as well as the ability to bike anywhere in the community. Kitchen / Open Concept was great and allowed us to make dinner each evening and eat around the large dining room. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

“A GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME”
Cottage on the Green was the perfect house for our group of 5 (3 adults and 2 young boys). The boys, ages 3 and 5, loved the pool. The pool was small but it was enough room for the two boys to splash around. They were able to cool off a few steps from the back door. The front porch and green space was everyone’s favorite part of the house. The adults could relax on the porch while the boys played in the green space. We loved that is was only a step or two away! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils so that allowed for us to cook many meals at home easily. The house was a brief walk to two of the pools and an easy bike ride to the beach. The rental process was extremely easy and the management group quickly responded to our questions. We look forward to returning to Cottage on the Green in the future!

“UNREAL HOME IN WATERCOLOR!”
This house has it all! Movie room, King beds in every room, unbelievable 2nd floor master, TV’s everywhere, more rooms and patio areas than we knew what to do with. I have absolutely zero complaints and all praise for the home and our representative Nada from Dune Realty. She checked in via text prior to, during, and after our trip. My wife is very particular about the homes we stay in and we have been coming to 30A for 10 years – this is our new favorite spot – two blocks from Watercolor Hotel with easy beach access. Rent this one is you have the opportunity!
