You are welcomed by a nice entryway with a space to put your shoes and beach gear where you are then led into the main open concept dining, kitchen and living areas. A wonderfully unique and vast rotunda with 13′ ceilings draws you into the views of rolling dunes, the white sand beaches, and the beautiful blue water of the Emerald Coast. You can see for miles and miles. Simply stunning.  You will also have usage of a four seat GOLF CART**, which is for use within the WaterSound community only.

Stepping into this cozy, traditional condo, you’ll start relaxing in the comfort it provides. The main living area has an open concept feel that allows you and your guests to enjoy each other’s company easily. Hard wood floors, soft colors and traditional wainscotting run throughout the main living space. The dining table has seating for six with additional space at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. This is a great kitchen for whipping up a family meal when not enjoying one of the many restaurants along 30A. While the indoor living space is lovely, you can’t help but be drawn to the balcony and its Gulf views. With a dining table for 4 and additional seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to start and end your day.
