There is a bedroom on the second floor that has two bunk beds and has shared access to the hall bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The first floor of the home has two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The bedroom on the left will have a king sized bed with two lofted beds above for additional guest to sleep in the room. The bedroom on the right will be the master bedroom and will have a king sized bed. Both of the bedrooms have access to the porch where you will find chaise lounge chairs and the outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after being at the beach. The laundry room is also located on the first floor for convenience.

We enjoyed our visit to Rosemary Beach®. We were fortunate to have found The Birdhouse available for our last minute vacation in February. We found the home clean, extremely sufficient supplies to prepare meals, a wonderful Delonghi oven & comfortable seating in the living and dining area. “GREAT VACATION”
We had a wonderful time in rosemary beach at the birdhouse. The house was beautiful and couldn’t have been in a better location – Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, pool, and town center. We used the complimentary bikes almost daily to get breakfast in the neighboring beach towns. My only minor complaint is that it didn’t come stocked with extras of the basics like paper towels and toilet paper. We already were making a grocery trip to stock up on food for the week, though, so not a big deal. I would definitely make a return trip.
