This home welcomes you with stunning white, shiplap walls and warm wood flooring and allows for natural light to fill the space. The back of the home has sliding glass doors, on each floor, which provides unobstructed views of the beautiful sandy beaches and one-of-a-kind sunsets. The first floor offers a king guest bedroom with access to the backyard, which has a private pool overlooking the beach, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sink. There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that is great for relaxing after a day on the beach. The laundry room and a half bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor is where the heart of the home is, the grand kitchen. The kitchen space of this home is a chef’s dream featuring stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range. There is a wet bar with a separate beverage refrigerator and ample storage space. The dining space is positioned to see outstanding sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite meal. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub, and dual vanity sink. There is also a half bathroom for convenience.

The master retreat is located on the third floor and is a luxurious space you will never want to leave. Enjoy gulf views from the plush king sized bed or step out onto the private balcony to feel the cool, ocean breeze. The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate vanities. An additional guest bedroom is located on this floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sink.

The fourth floor greets you with a beverage station and refrigerator for quick access while watching your favorite movie in the open living space. This floor has two bunk rooms, each with queen over queen bunks that both have access to the balcony. The fourth floor balcony wraps around the side of the home and has plenty of space for the whole family to be together.

We enjoyed our visit to Rosemary Beach®. We were fortunate to have found The Birdhouse available for our last minute vacation in February. We found the home clean, extremely sufficient supplies to prepare meals, a wonderful Delonghi oven & comfortable seating in the living and dining area.  We would be more than happy to recommend Dune Vacation Rentals and The Birdhouse as well as return to both when returning to Rosemary Beach®. “GREAT VACATION”

We had a wonderful time in rosemary beach at the birdhouse. The house was beautiful and couldn’t have been in a better location – Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, pool, and town center. We used the complimentary bikes almost daily to get breakfast in the neighboring beach towns. My only minor complaint is that it didn’t come stocked with extras of the basics like paper towels and toilet paper. We already were making a grocery trip to stock up on food for the week, though, so not a big deal. I would definitely make a return trip.

This house has it all! Movie room, King beds in every room, unbelievable 2nd floor master, TV’s everywhere, more rooms and patio areas than we knew what to do with. I have absolutely zero complaints and all praise for the home and our representative Nada from Dune Realty. She checked in via text prior to, during, and after our trip.
