This home was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of every room in the house. Our large family had ample space to enjoy, and loved the outdoor space to relax in the mornings and evenings! The use of the bikes was a great way to get to the beach. We loved the quaint and quiet area. Baileigh did a great job answering our questions and helping us with a small issue. We would definitely vacation here again!

We enjoyed our visit to Rosemary Beach®. We were fortunate to have found The Birdhouse available for our last minute vacation in February. We found the home clean, extremely sufficient supplies to prepare meals, a wonderful Delonghi oven & comfortable seating in the living and dining area. We would be more than happy to recommend Dune Vacation Rentals and The Birdhouse as well as return to both when returning to Rosemary Beach®. The home was amazing in a great location for our getaway from winter in Missouri. Thanks again for the chance to stay in a beautiful home in Rosemary Beach®.

“GREAT VACATION”
We had a wonderful time in rosemary beach at the birdhouse. The house was beautiful and couldn’t have been in a better location – Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, pool, and town center. We used the complimentary bikes almost daily to get breakfast in the neighboring beach towns. My only minor complaint is that it didn’t come stocked with extras of the basics like paper towels and toilet paper. We already were making a grocery trip to stock up on food for the week, though, so not a big deal. I would definitely make a return trip.

Beautiful condo with fabulous views! I would highly recommend this condo. The furnishings are all very nice and it is in a lovely, gated community. Might be a problem for a group coming there as there was only a one-car garage and I didn’t see where others might be able to park.

I have sort of high expectations for accommodations, and this house greatly exceeded all of them. The layout was perfect for us (me, three kids, nanny). The location is exceptional- close to everything. The home is beautiful, and shows better than the pictures. The company managing the property were kind, helpful, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in Seaside.

This house is absolutely awesome! We had a great stay with our family and close friends. The pool was heated to hot tub temps. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group.Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom and the “carriage house” is a one bedroom apartment. The market and restaurants are only an 8 minute walk.

Taste and Sea was a beautiful spacious home and was exactly as the pictures described. The house was beautifully decorated and it was very clean upon our arrival. This house is special. Truly lovely. (With lots of extras and nice touches. IE There are 6 containers of plants in the pool area. Four that were blooming. AND they provided beach towels and bikes.) The kitchen was very well stocked. The layout is smart. We enjoyed the pool. The VIEWS from the upper porch are of the WATER!!! This stay was actually our second time renting it. The first time I had had ankle surgery & the elevator was a blessing! It’s a very short bike ride to Rosemary Beach. For an easy & convenient meal order takeout from Destin Ice House. It is less than a mile away. (Get a low country boil with sausage, crab, shrimp, potatoes, and corn.) PUBLIX is also very close which is nice when feeding large families or groups. The towels were noticeably soft and luxurious. The bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. The expansive views from the family room/kitchen are so lovely. It was a pleasure to cook in that kitchen. It was nicer than the one we have at home and I could see the water as I cooked. Highly recommend this house.

We travel extensively and this home surpassed all of our expectations. The proximity to the central square was so convenient, especially if we needed something from the market or just wanted another grilled cheese! The home layout is great for everyone to spread out but still be near one another. We enjoyed both porches and we all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable of any home that we have ever visited.
