Memorial Day Weekend ushers in the dog days of Summer. Days filled with sunshine, sand and salt air. To kick-off our favorite season of the year, 30A communities have planned a weekend full of activities to celebrate the holiday weekend.

Friday, May 25th
4:00pm | Stories by the Sea- The REP is excited to present a free, one-of-a-kind storytelling experience for kids of all ages at Solomon Square.
8:00pm | Central Square Cinema: The Lego Ninjago Movie- Enjoy a family-friendly film under the stars! Bring your chairs or blankets and head to the Seaside Amphitheater.
Saturday, May 26th
7:00pm | Summer Concert Series: Guthrie Brown- This Nashville native started playing the guitar at the age of 6. His sound has been compared to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and he has toured with Jonny Lang and Willie Nelson.
Monday, May 28th
6:30pm | The Prince & Pauper- The REP puts their spin on this classic tale. Peppy players take on this classic story, engaging the audience and creating lasting memories.

Sunday, May 27th
7:30pm | Sinfonia Goes Pop- Enjoy the orchestral sounds of Sinfonia Gulf Coast under the palm trees at the Alys Beach Amphitheatre followed by a fireworks show over the Gulf.

10:00am | Havana Hat Bar & Got Ink?- Take home a special keepsake! Decorate your own fedora. Hats not your thing? Get creative with an airbrush tattoo or sing your favorite song at kids karaoke.

7:00pm | Spring it On Concert Series- Pick up “Good Vibrations” on the East Long Green with Sun, Sand & Surf as they perform classics from the Beach Boys.

It’s officially summer! Welcome are the longer days with more hours of sunshine on the beach, family barbecues, and gatherings of friends from afar. With the kickoff of the summer season the Fourth of July is quickly approaching and the Team at Dune Vacation Rentals is ecstatic to be a part of your holiday celebration!
