“Beyond Perfect!”

We travel extensively and this home surpassed all of our expectations. The proximity to the central square was so convenient, especially if we needed something from the market or just wanted another grilled cheese! The home layout is great for everyone to spread out but still be near one another. We enjoyed both porches and we all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable of any home that we have ever visited. Thank you so much to the Murphy family for sharing their home with us and we will most certainly be reserving it again soon!

Excellent home for multiple families! Outside living space allowed us to watch football and still enjoy the pool and hot tub. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Location is PREMIUM! The wine Bar and the beach is only a block from the front door! No need to go to another pool! This one was perfect! Incredible home!! NO COMPLAINTS IN ANY AREA WITH THIS HOME!!!

“This property is well decorated and perfect for gourmet cooking. Located on the eastern side of WaterColor, the home has easy access to food shopping. Screened porch is very handy for informal gatherings. Sound system provides terrific music across entire first floor. Outdoor conversation pit a plus. “The PERFECT home for multiple families! Not only was the home beautifully decorated throughout, it provided wonderful accommodations for our 3 families. The pool was a perfect size, the beach was super close, and the golf cart/bikes were nice add-on amenities! The are was super family friendly, clean and absolutely gorgeous. We loved visiting The Hub daily, Bruno’s pizza, Mr. Freeze and our quick trips to Seaside! We would absolutely recommend this house and Dune Vacation rentals for future trips.
