Located in a quiet, gated community, 229 Gulf Bridge Lane is just moments from the sand and crashing waves of the Gulf, and the unique coastal dune lakes of the area.

Exterior Features

Arrive at the beautiful two-story home covered in gray shaker tiles and trimmed with white and dark contrasting colors, which blend into the surroundings rather than stand out. The waterfront home on Camp Creek Lake has plenty of outdoor relaxation, including multiple decks and balconies. A walkway leads to a set of steps and the main entrance to the home. There are also steps at the back of the home where you can easily go from home to outdoor activities. Choose to go into the home, or open the door to a screened-in deck with outdoor living seating that is also accessed from the master suite. The second floor boasts a balcony with multiple seating areas, including a covered balcony accessed from the living space with outdoor seating with a perfect view of the lake. Another covered balcony off the side of the home is accessed by the living space and hosts a massive stainless steel BBQ grill and outdoor living and dining seating. A final outdoor space is a deck with a pergola that is accessed by a bedroom. You’ll enjoy the use of an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach or community pool.

Interior Amenities

Open the door to lakeside comfort. The first level is full of private space. Two bedrooms, including the master, join the media room for plenty of private relaxation with loved ones. The laundry room is also available on this floor, to make doing laundry easy. The second floor boasts the main living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen boasts wood cabinets, spacious counters, and stainless steel appliances. A pass-through makes serving the dining area a breeze and offers a raised bar with extra seating. The living and dining area boasts tall, vaulted ceilings with a wood panel finish. Enjoy the meal at the large square dining table that seats the whole group. After the meal, kick back on the cozy couch or chairs and enjoy a movie or TV show together in the living space on the flat-screen TV. Get some fresh air and enjoy the view from the covered balcony off the dining area. There is also a half bathroom on this level for your convenience. A sitting area off the master suite offers another flat-screen TV and plenty of cozy furnishings for another place to enjoy.

Get a good night’s sleep when you choose a private bedroom. The master suite is on the first floor. It boasts a wood-frame bed, night tables with lamps, a sitting area, a massive bureau with a flat-screen TV, and private access to the first-floor screened-in deck. The master bathroom boasts a double-sink vanity separated by the soaking tub, a makeup area, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also on the first floor. It boasts a queen-size bed, night tables with lamps, a cozy chair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The room has access to the deck with a pergola. The en suite bath boasts a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity. The second floor hosts the final bedroom. It boasts an iron frame king-size bed, a sitting area, plenty of storage, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en suite bath boasts a walk-in shower and single-sink vanity.

“Wonderful WaterSound Vacation!”
