This home is in a fabulous location in Seacrest between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. It is ideal for a vacation with two families with ample space for kids. There is a King Master Suite on both the 1st and 2nd floors. The 1st floor also has a kids pirate ship themed room with 2 Twins and a trundle bed. There is a large hallway nook that has a Daybed with a trundle, as well, a full bath with tub/shower for the kids to share. BEACH VIEW from 3rd floor.

COAST IS CLEAR is located on the northeast corner of 30A and Seacrest Beach Blvd N, which is the main entrance to the homes in Seacrest Beach. The Seacrest community pool is the largest on 30A just across the street from the house (super convenient with the kiddos) and the beach is a quick walk straight across 30A (less than a 5 minute walk). There is also a convenient enclosed outdoor shower for you to rinse off in before you head inside for the day. You can't find a more prime location within all there is to do and see on the East side of the 'A'.

The second floor open-concept main living space has high ceilings, a great dining table that seats 8, plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room with a 50" flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with counter bar seating for 4, granite and stainless steel appliances. There is a balcony off of the living room where you can relax and enjoy the goings on from the view of 30A.

The third floor has a convenient half bath and 2 twin platform beds with TV/DVD, games and movies; the perfect area for kids to play around in. The large balcony off of this space has seating for you to enjoy the sunsets you can see from the spectacular WATER VIEW!

Reservation/ Booking Policy
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
- CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION plus additional clean charges.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 60 days of your reservation will result in no refund. We will try to accommodate any reservation date changes as best we can, based on availability, with no fees if possible. Cancellations made outside 60 days will result in a full refund less a $250 processing fee.

We had a wonderful time at Coast is Clear! The house is spacious with 2 master suites, so it was great for our 2 families. What surprised us the most was how well the kitchen and pantry were stocked. We had brought a few supplies and utensils with us and we didn't need them. We loved it and I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at a house in Seacrest Beach on 30A called the Coast is Clear and loved it. Our stay was for one full week (Saturday to Saturday in June 2017. We loved the spaciousness of this house and the three floors. Our multiple families could spread out and even be on different floors making it very nice. Check-in and checkout were perfect. Access to the beach is wonderful and the Seacrest pool is the BEST. We look forward to returning next year.

Top two reasons to stay at Coast is Clear and you do not need a third.
1. The home, note home, not house, is aesthetically very pleasing and comfortable. I would guess "Pottery Barn."
2. Location is wonderful. You are close to pool and close to the beach. Another plus, it is on a cul-de-sac, so no traffic.

As we were leaving, my daughter and I agreed on our feelings. We felt like we were leaving our own home. My four-yr-old granddaughter was actually calling it home.

Oh, the beds, upon request of my granddaughter wanting company, I slept in the kids' room aboard a pirate ship bed. I slept soundly "on deck" for a week, can take that off my bucket list!

Many thanks to the owner/s, Dune Rental Company, caretakers, and all who made our vacation spot a "home" not a rental house.
