The cozy entertainment area offers ample seating for guests and the also can be transformed into an additional sleeping area on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning soaking in the sun on the outdoor balcony directly off of the main living space, or make it the perfect end to your day with an evening glass of wine  watching the sunset along 30A. The balcony is outfitted with a custom, large cocktail table. 

Swiftly move to the new, custom glass top dining table that can comfortably seat 6 guests or utilize the breakfast bar with additional seating for 3 guests. The sleek kitchen provides high-end appliances for all your cooking needs and offers wonderful counter space for preparing a romantic meal or distinguished dinner. The kitchen is fulling stocked with LeCreuset stoneware.   Along this floor also find the full hallway bathroom complete with shower/tub combo and a new, full size LG washer and dryer. 

The second level of unit 302 features the grandmaster suite with high ceilings, wonderful views, new hardwood pine flooring, a king-sized bed, and nook seating area.  The ensuite bathroom is complete with dual vanity sinks, a new custom glass door for the walk-in shower, and two new Knoll's accent chairs. The bright master suite creates the perfect getaway and also and allows access to the elevated balcony to catch a view of the Gulf of Mexico or Western Lake. This is the perfect spot for sunbathing in private during the day or star gazing in the evening.

This Watercolor central condo is ideal for a couples hide-away or those wanting to be steps away from the beach, the pool and all the happenings in Watercolor.  The beautiful art found throughout this condo is furnished by local artist, Clint Eagar, in Grayton Beach.

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed.  Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property.  If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 
- Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation. 

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
