Next, you will find a guest bedroom complete with a king sized bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and access to the screened-in porch with water views. There is an additional guest bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  A laundry room is also available on this floor. 

The second floor of the home features an open floor plan connecting the living room to the dining space to the kitchen - all with stunning water views.  The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space to create special meals together.  The stylish dining table offers seating for 6 guests and bar stool seating is available for 2 guests. Next is the outdoor space, the balcony is furnished with cozy seating that can be enjoyed any time of the day with picturesque views of the Emerald Coast.  The balcony wraps around to the side of the home where you will find a gas grill and options for alfresco dining.  There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  A half bathroom is also available on this floor. 

Watersound offers less crowed beaches due to the gated and private community.  The Bridges pool is centrally located and just a short walk or bike ride away!

*This home DOES NOT have access to the Watersound Beach Club.  The Beach Club is a private, members only club and day passes cannot be purchased.*

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 3 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.  

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
