LUXURY, TOP FLOOR CONDO RENTAL WITH FULL BEACH AND SUNSET VIEWS! SLEEPS 6, 3 BATHROOMS.

Do you love expansive views of the emerald waters and sugar white sands?  This is the perfect vacation spot for you! You will be spellbound by the views when you gaze through the floor to ceiling, rotunda windows when you walk into the large, open concept living space.  The living room features a  creamy white, custom sofa which mimics the curved shape of the rotunda windows, as well as cozy side chairs where you can read a book, enjoy the view, or watch your favorite program on the wall-mounted TV.  

The kitchen features all stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The large island has 3 barstools to provide extra seating. A few steps away is the large dining table with seating for 6.  You can also choose to dine alfresco on the balcony just off of the kitchen. The outdoor table seats 6 and will provide you with a sunset view while you have your evening meal.  There is also a balcony with a high top table and 4 chairs off of the dining/living area.

The master bedroom is located just off of the living area and has amazing views over the dunes and over the emerald green waters. There is no better view to wake up to! The master has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The two guest bedrooms are locate down the hall from the kitchen. The junior master has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower (which also has access from the hallway). The third guest room has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both guest rooms have wonderful beach views. All of the bedrooms have their own TV's.

The condo also has an office workspace, full washer and dryer, 3 bikes and 1 deeded parking  space in the covered garage. Also located on the grounds is a private pool for Compass Point Condo guests and there is also access to the Dunesider pool directly across the street from the building. The beach walkover boardwalk is directly behind the Dunesider pool.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- NO PET HOME.  Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges. 

Reservation/ Booking Policy
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 1 beach cruiser per bedroom.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES: 
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, Pool Heat, and CSA Trip Insurance.
