This home welcomes you with the Old Seagrove Beach charm that can be hard to find.  This single level home boasts incredible views from the open concept main living space and kitchen.  The kitchen offers nice appliances, bar stool seating for 4 guests at the center island, and the stylish dining table can accommodate 6 guests with views of the beach for your enjoyment.  The screened in porch is a great space to relax in the mornings or after a lovely day on the beach with your family and friends.  There are two bedrooms each with king beds and private bathrooms with showers.  The third bedroom has a three child twin over twin bunk beds with a private bathroom that has a shower.  There are two additional living spaces with televisions. 

The outdoor space boasts stunning views of the gulf and white sandy beaches featuring a private beach walkover for easy access.  There is an outdoor shower and gas grill.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 3 beach cruisers. 

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. 
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
