Evergreen Dream is a beautiful multi-balcony space home with incredible glimpses of the water! This gulf district home, located in Watercolor, is less than a 2 minute walk from the Beach Club and private beach.  This residence offers 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests during your stay. 

The first floor of the home treats you to three guest bedrooms.  The first bedroom offers a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower.  The next bedroom has two full beds and a shared bathroom (jack-n-jill) with the other twin single bedroom. This last bedroom on this floor has three twin single beds and is a great space for the kids.  The laundry room is located on this floor for convenient access and has an ice maker as well. 

The second floor of the home has a gourmet kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry and spacious center island.  Here you will find high-end appliances, a wet bar, bar stool seating for 3 guests, and stylish dining table seating for 8 guests.  The living room is off of the kitchen allowing for all to be together, but have plenty of space to relax.  The balcony offers water views, alfresco dining, additional seating space, and a gas grill. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower.  There is a half bathroom for convenience. 

The third floor has a space with a twin trundle bed and private bathroom with a shower.  Next you will find the master retreat.  This bedroom has a king bed and provides glimpses of the water straight from the bed or on the private balcony.  The bathroom has a soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks.

- Parking for 2 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed.  Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property.  If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. 
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- 14 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy 
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
