"Sea Shack "has been beautifully remodeled from top to bottom and is the perfect location for your Seaside getaway! *Please note that there is a home under construction on the back side of the lot. Construction noise could be present.

This quaint and luxurious guest cottage is located on peaceful Tupelo street and is a quick walk to the adult pool, fitness center, family pool and tennis facility. The guest cottage is decorated in a coastal luxury style, featuring creamy white walls, wood floors and brand new, vintage-style appliances in the kitchen.

The living space of Sea Shack is on the first floor and features a flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a convertable sofa that pulls out to sleep one person. The kitchen features all new, vintage-style appliances surrounded by creamy white cabinets. The dining area that seats five is just off of the kitchen area and is surrounded by windows to provide plenty of natural light.  One of your favorite places to spend time is sure to be the spacious, deck area. The guest bedroom is located on the first floor and has a Full Sized bed. The full bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower is also located just off the bedroom. The guest bedroom has access to a wonderful sunroom which is perfect for a lazy afternoon reading a book. There is a stairway in the guest bedroom which leads up to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is accessed by walking through the guest bedroom and up the stairs to the second floor. The cozy master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and features a vanity with a sink and drawers and also a private powder room. You will enjoy stepping out on your private balcony, which overlooks the yard.  Sea Shack is a perfect home for your Seaside getaway!

**If you need space for a few more people, Sea Shack has a main cottage available for rental.  "Taste & Sea" is a beautiful, three bedroom home that will sleep 6 people and is located in front of the guest cottage.

**Construction noise may be present.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- NO PET HOME.  Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges. 
- NO SMOKING HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the No Smoking policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Pass(1), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

Reservation/ Booking Policy
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking 
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation. 

RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATE: 
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, Pool Heat, and CSA Trip Insurance.
