This Watersound vacation rental home welcomes you to a private pool that is situated in the front of the home with cozy seating for relaxing.  The first floor offers a guest bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  Next you will find the main living space that is complete with tall ceilings allowing natural light to fill the space.  The living room flows beautifully into the kitchen and dining area.  The stylish table provides seating for 8 guests.  The designer kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, ample storage, and an oversized center island that offers bar stool seating for 4 guests.  Off of the living room is a screened-in porch with seating to unwind with a good book or enjoy good conversation. Additionally on this floor you will find a half bathroom and laundry room. 

At the top of the stairs on the second floor you will find the bunk room with two custom built bunk beds with twin over twin beds.  The bunk room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  The next bedroom has two twin singles, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This floor has a common space that offers comfortable seating, a tv, and access to the balcony, 

As you make your way to the third floor, the built-in bookshelf along the stairs offers reading material throughout your stay.  The third floor offers a calm sitting space for reading or conversation.  Next, you will find the master bedroom that is complete with a king size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a private balcony. Following the spiral staircase, you will find the tower that provides stunning views of Watersound Beach and peek-a-boo views of the emerald gulf coast.  

The carriage house has its own private entrance and offers a king size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and is the perfect spot for a couple looking for additional space.

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed.  Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property.  If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. 
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 
- This home DOES NOT have access to the Watersound Beach Club.  The Beach Club is a private, members only club and day passes cannot be purchased.*

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 5 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
