Exterior Features

The bricked drive leads to a two-car garage and the front of the home. A deck hosts a cozy sitting area with Adirondack-style chairs, as well as the entrance to the home. The second floor features a covered balcony overlooking the front. Off the garage is a private balcony facing the lake, accessed by the bedroom. A covered patio features outdoor living furnishings, including a porch swing, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in stainless-steel BBQ, a fireplace with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and outdoor dining for eight. A cozy porch area off the lower-level master offers rocking chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather. A private plunge pool allows you to cool off without packing up for the beach or community pool. The community pool area features multiple pools, multi-level decks with umbrellas, chaise lounges, and other seating, as well as a private boardwalk leading down to the beach! The neighborhood also hosts a basketball court.

Interior Amenities

Wood floors run throughout the home, including bedrooms and living spaces. Located on the first floor, you’ll find a half bath and cozy office space. Make yourself at home in the open-concept living space that combines living, cooking, and dining. The living area boasts comfortable couches and chairs surrounding a fireplace with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The fully equipped kitchen hosts everything you need for any meal. Spacious counters – including a kitchen island that seats five, join a myriad of cabinets and drawers, a spacious pantry, and stainless-steel appliances that provide everything for your next home-cooked meal. Enjoy the meal al fresco or take a seat at the dining table that seats eight.

Off the garage entrance, you’ll find a mudroom area with a place to hang your outdoor gear and easy access to beach towels. Across the hall is the first-floor laundry room with access from the outside so you don’t track sand and water through the house. Head up to the second floor and find a loft-style area with cozy sectional sofa surrounding another wall-mounted flat-screen TV and access to the second-floor balcony. Guests on this floor need not worry about the late-night munchies. A cozy kitchenette features storage with basic supplies, a microwave, a coffee pot, a sink, and even a dishwasher! There is a second laundry area on this level. At the top of the steps to the third floor, you’ll find a cabinet with a built-in small fridge. Another loft seating area boasts comfortable seating around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.  Stock up on snacks before settling in the theater room featuring theater-style seating and a large screen with a projector.

Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom! The first-floor master and many of the guest bedrooms feature king beds. The first-floor master has private access to the main outdoor space, as well as an en suite featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double-sink vanity. Choose from four bedrooms on the second floor. The second bedroom boasts an en suite with a shower stall and single-sink vanity. The third bedroom offers a sitting area, private balcony, and en suite with tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity.

The second master suite also offers a sitting area, access to the outdoor space, and an en suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, double-sink vanity with makeup table, and a massive walk-in closet. The fifth bedroom features a sitting area, a private balcony overlooking the lake, and an en suite with tub/shower combo, and double-sink vanity. Head up to the third floor for more sleeping space. The final bedroom boasts a king bed, plus a set of built-in twin-over-twin bunks. The en suite boasts a walk-in shower stall and double-sink vanity. Another sleeping space offers a set of twin-over-twin bunks and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
