Exterior Features
Arrive at the towering three-level structure with two spacious living levels. The long drive leads you to the front of the home and space for two vehicles. Make yourself at home inside, then explore the rest of the outdoor space. Step into the backyard and be surrounded by plenty to do. A grassy area guards the pool. The pool is a great place to splash and play without sand and salt. Get some sun in the surrounding adjustable chaise lounges. A nearby concrete patio offers an outdoor dining set with an umbrella and seating for six and a large BBQ grill for meals al fresco. The home also features an expansive deck on the first floor featuring outdoor seating. The second-floor deck boasts outdoor seating. A private balcony allows guests of the master suite to enjoy some outdoor time on their own. The best view, however, requires a climb to the third level. The balcony hosts outdoor seating, as well as the home’s best view of the Gulf!

Open the door onto 30A living! The large great room hosts everything you need for cooking, dining, and indoor living in one space. Set your bags aside and take a seat on the cozy wraparound couch, or a chair in the living space. At mealtime, step into the fully equipped kitchen. A myriad of cabinets and drawers hold all the cooking basics you’ll need. Spacious counters, including a kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances make meal prep and service a breeze. The dining space seats six. A nearby wet bar with a fridge and wine fridge means you can enjoy your favorite beverage whenever you please. There is also a half bath and a laundry room on this level.
