Exterior Features
Arrive at the home and its spacious front porch with outdoor seating and the main entrance to the home. Take a seat in one of the Adirondack-style chairs and enjoy the Florida weather and the company of loved ones. Laze on the porch swing piled with pillows. Out back, between the main house and the carriage house is a cozy brick patio. Adirondack-style chairs surround a table. There is a stainless-steel BBQ grill for outdoor meals, and a fireplace for cooler nights outside.
The community has multiple pools, including one with a water slide, and a lazy river. Enjoy the basketball court, or another community green area.
Interior Amenities
Open the door to breezy Florida beach living in the main house. A comfortable couch and chairs surround an entertainment center with wall-mounted flatscreen TV. At mealtime, the fully equipped kitchen hosts stainless steel appliances, spacious counters – including a kitchen island with bar seating for three – and cabinets and drawers filled with all the cooking basics. Enjoy the meal at the dining table that seats up to ten or take the meal outside. Mix up your favorite drinks at the bar featuring all the glassware you’ll need, as well as a wine fridge. The half bathroom is off the kitchen. The laundry room is on the first floor as well and boasts a full-size washer and dryer, folding counters, cabinets, and a utility sink. While no one wants to work on vacation, there is an office space with built in desks, multiple chairs, and a printer. Spend some time in the sunroom! There is outdoor living furniture as well as a bistro table for two, a fireplace, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
At the end of the day, get a good night’s sleep in a private bedroom. In the main house, there are four bedrooms.
