Screened porch is very handy for informal gatherings. Sound system provides terrific music across entire first floor. Outdoor conversation pit a plus. The pool was a perfect size, the beach was super close, and the golf cart/bikes were nice add-on amenities! The are was super family friendly, clean and absolutely gorgeous.
