Beautiful condo with fabulous views! I would highly recommend this condo. The furnishings are all very nice and it is in a lovely, gated community. Might be a problem for a group coming there as there was only a one-car garage and I didn’t see where others might be able to park.

“EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS”
I have sort of high expectations for accommodations, and this house greatly exceeded all of them. The layout was perfect for us (me, three kids, nanny). The location is exceptional- close to everything. The home is beautiful, and shows better than the pictures. The company managing the property were kind, helpful, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in Seaside.

“INCREDIBLE HOUSE”
This house is absolutely awesome! We had a great stay with our family and close friends. The pool was heated to hot tub temps. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group.Every bedroom has it’s own bathroom and the “carriage house” is a one bedroom apartment. The market and restaurants are only an 8 minute walk.

Taste and Sea was a beautiful spacious home and was exactly as the pictures described. The house was beautifully decorated and it was very clean upon our arrival. We had minor inquiry about the water heater and the company responded promptly and were very nice to work with! We would definitely stay in this house again and would definitely book through dune rentals again! Thank you so much.

Very clean and spacious. Enough room for me, my husband and our 11 month old. Upstairs bedroom has enough room for the pack-n-play or portable crib. Quick walk to the beach and the shops – no need to drive in the car!

“BEAUTIFUL HOUSE. PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS. LOVELY & UNCROWDED BEACH!”
This house is special. Truly lovely. (With lots of extras and nice touches. IE There are 6 containers of plants in the pool area. Four that were blooming. AND they provided beach towels and bikes.) The kitchen was very well stocked. The layout is smart. We enjoyed the pool. The VIEWS from the upper porch are of the WATER!!! This stay was actually our second time renting it. The first time I had had ankle surgery & the elevator was a blessing! It’s a very short bike ride to Rosemary Beach. For an easy & convenient meal order takeout from Destin Ice House. It is less than a mile away. (Get a low country boil with sausage, crab, shrimp, potatoes, and corn.) PUBLIX is also very close which is nice when feeding large families or groups. The towels were noticeably soft and luxurious. The bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. The expansive views from the family room/kitchen are so lovely. It was a pleasure to cook in that kitchen. It was nicer than the one we have at home and I could see the water as I cooked. Highly recommend this house.

BeachHive was PERFECT! The house was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect size. We loved the swinging bed on the front porch and the neighborhood was safe and charming! The management team was very responsive and much appreciated. We can’t recommend this house more highly and can’t wait to stay there again.

We had wonderful experience with this property. The plan has very good layout. The front porch is delightful morning, noon and night. Appliances, etc are high quality. The location is positioned to enjoy pools, playgrounds, beach etc. Conveniently located close to short cut to Seaside – this affords ideal location from which to enjoy both downtowns.

“Wonderful Spring Break!!”
I cannot say enough about this wonderful home! My husband and I and our 2 girls (10 and 8) have been coming to 30A for about 15 years. We have stayed at Rosemary, Inlet Beach, WaterSound and Watercolor. While we love them all just because it is such a beautiful area–this trip to Watercolor was particularly wonderful. We had never stayed in this area of Watercolor–and to be honest we were skeptical because we weren’t sure how easy or convenient it would be to get to the beach and various pools. We were nothing less than pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The home was wonderful–it is nestled back and is quiet and peaceful. The home is decorated wonderfully and has all the amenities one would need. We loved the green space right out the front door as we could swing on the porch swing and watch our girls do gymnastics or play on the green space. We even left the door open and the girls would come and go like it was our own home. The beds were comfortable and the home lay-out was perfect. My mom came with us and so there were 3 adults and 2 kids–yet we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Getting to the beach and pools was super easy. I loved the convenience of Publix being 3 seconds away!! But honestly what we loved most was how peaceful and quiet our nights were. It was honestly how the beach should always be!! We will definitely stay here again and it comes highly recommended!!! Perfect!

Our family had a great time at Patrick’s Cottage this week. The house is new and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with high ceilings and big attached bathrooms. We really enjoyed the large living space and open floorplan. We highly recommend this home!

“Way More For Your Money!”
My wife and I had a five star experience over ten days. One of the best places we have vacationed without needing a passport! We rode bikes everyday and enjoyed the fireplace each morning as it knocked off the chill in the air. One night we grilled out and had a blast. The feeling of home with the beach a five minute walk away or a two minute bike ride. The sunset dinner at a local restaurant was spectacular. Romance, reading, rest and recreation!

“Best One Yet”
We have been coming to Watercolor for 8 years and this is the best home we have stayed in so far. The bedroom arrangement with 3 kings is excellent for multiple families and the bunk room perfect for the kids. Not to mention it is beautifully decorated and maintained. Kelly, our contact, was great to work with and took care of everything we needed.
We would rent this home again I a heartbeat. Great location too!
