The first floor offers a king guest bedroom with access to the backyard, which has a private pool overlooking the beach, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sink. There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that is great for relaxing after a day on the beach. The laundry room and a half bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience.
The second floor is where the heart of the home is, the grand kitchen.
