The back of the home has sliding glass doors, on each floor, which provides unobstructed views of the beautiful sandy beaches and one-of-a-kind sunsets. The first floor offers a king guest bedroom with access to the backyard, which has a private pool overlooking the beach, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sink. There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that is great for relaxing after a day on the beach. The laundry room and a half bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor is where the heart of the home is, the grand kitchen. The kitchen space of this home is a chef’s dream featuring stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range. There is a wet bar with a separate beverage refrigerator and ample storage space. The dining space is positioned to see outstanding sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite meal. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub, and dual vanity sink. There is also a half bathroom for convenience.

The master retreat is located on the third floor and is a luxurious space you will never want to leave.
