Exterior Features
The unit is a top-floor penthouse unit featuring private outdoor spaces where you can rest and relax. Off the great room on the unit’s first floor, you’ll find a semi-covered balcony with seating for everyone. Look out at Seaside Community Square and beyond to the Gulf of Mexico. The second level of the home features a private patio area with seating where you can enjoy the beautiful Seaside weather. It also features access to a courtyard area with outdoor living seating for everyone. Take a dip in the community pool if you’d rather cool off without sand and salt!
Interior Amenities
Open the door to a cozy entryway that features an open great room. Enjoy moving easily through spaces that combine daily living, cooking, and dining into one. The home opens onto the cozy and fully equipped kitchen. Make use of fully stocked cabinets and drawers, spacious counters, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and serve a delicious meal or snack, any time of day. The round dining table seats everyone for the meal. Kick back and relax in the unit’s living area. A comfortable couch and chairs offer plenty of seating for you and your guests, as well as a view of the community square through tall windows. When you’re not watching the goings-on of town, gather together for a favorite movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The closet for the bedroom is just outside the door and offers plenty of space to store whatever you brought with you, as well as fun souvenirs. It is a very easy walk to the beach, great design to allow both togetherness & privacy, a pool for those times you need a little time away from the waves & sand. The rental company was very nice to work with & notified us the minute the house was available on the day of our arrival. It is very well maintained. We can’t wait to go back!

Our huge group had a great stay at this house. The location is remarkable and the house is decorated nicely, clean and very comfortable. We’ve rented about 10 different houses in the area over the years, and being able to use the garage and providing 8 bikes are something that isn’t available at every house in the area. For the location and comfortable feel of this house, I’m not sure there is a house I would recommend more.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful home. Looked exactly like the website pics & was very clean. It was very well equipped & even had hair dryers that we did not expect. It had a lovely front porch w/green space for our grandson to play. The back pool was not large, but perfect for a quick cooling dip. Simple check-in & checkout…. loved the app features! Appreciated the big red wagon for hauling our beach gear & grandson.
The realty company was awesome & provided almost immediate response when I had to call about a grill & an AC issue. Would not hesitate to use this house & realty company again in the future.

First time we stayed in a Watercolor home that had a pool and now we are totally spoiled. The fire pit was also a nice touch. The kids loved it for roasting marshmallows for their Smores.
