“BEAUTIFUL HOUSE. PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS. LOVELY & UNCROWDED BEACH!”
This house is special. Truly lovely. (With lots of extras and nice touches. IE There are 6 containers of plants in the pool area. Four that were blooming. AND they provided beach towels and bikes.) The kitchen was very well stocked. The layout is smart. We enjoyed the pool. The VIEWS from the upper porch are of the WATER!!! This stay was actually our second time renting it. The first time I had had ankle surgery & the elevator was a blessing! It’s a very short bike ride to Rosemary Beach. For an easy & convenient meal order takeout from Destin Ice House. It is less than a mile away. (Get a low country boil with sausage, crab, shrimp, potatoes, and corn.) PUBLIX is also very close which is nice when feeding large families or groups. The towels were noticeably soft and luxurious. The bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. The expansive views from the family room/kitchen are so lovely. It was a pleasure to cook in that kitchen. It was nicer than the one we have at home and I could see the water as I cooked. Highly recommend this house.

“PERFECT TEN!”
BeachHive was PERFECT! The house was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect size. We loved the swinging bed on the front porch and the neighborhood was safe and charming! The management team was very responsive and much appreciated. We can’t recommend this house more highly and can’t wait to stay there again.

All our needs were promptly met. The location was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and restaurant. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the recently updated beach house. We certainly plan to come back soon!

Restful Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this grand and gorgeous beach property. Every room was beautifully decorated with furniture, wall decor, lighting, to create a restful flowing atmosphere. Our stay was not as long as we would have liked but was a very relaxing and refreshing. We plan to return to this wonderful home in the future. Restaurants, beach access, and sightseeing attractions were close by.

Family Beach Vacation with Young Children
We loved our stay at this property and will definitely come back. It’s location is very convenient to both Rosemary and Seaside but in a quieter area. I loved being away from the crowds but still close to great restaurants, etc. The resort pool was really nice and the beach was calm and not crowded. The house was very well maintained! And beautifully decorated!

Key Lime Cottage was the perfect size for the three of us but would have been comfortable for a family traveling with up to four children (the bunk beds in the guest room are full-sized and the walk-in closet is large enough to set up the port-a-crib that’s stored there). The property is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The king-size Memory Foam mattress in the master bedroom was luxuriously comfortable. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed in on 30-A. Overall, our stay was perfect!

This beautiful and spacious home was perfect for our family that includes multiple generations. We especially loved the heated pool, the fire pit and both upstairs and downstairs kitchens. The privacy of the property was a nice surprise. Kelli and Brooke at Dune were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs from the very beginning. We are looking forward to returning soon.
