The bricked drive leads to a two-car garage and the front of the home. A deck hosts a cozy sitting area with Adirondack-style chairs, as well as the entrance to the home. The second floor features a covered balcony overlooking the front. Off the garage is a private balcony facing the lake, accessed by the bedroom. A covered patio features outdoor living furnishings, including a porch swing, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in stainless-steel BBQ, a fireplace with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and outdoor dining for eight. A cozy porch area off the lower-level master offers rocking chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather. A private plunge pool allows you to cool off without packing up for the beach or community pool. The community pool area features multiple pools, multi-level decks with umbrellas, chaise lounges, and other seating, as well as a private boardwalk leading down to the beach! The neighborhood also hosts a basketball court.
Interior Amenities
Wood floors run throughout the home, including bedrooms and living spaces. Located on the first floor, you’ll find a half bath and cozy office space. Make yourself at home in the open-concept living space that combines living, cooking, and dining. The living area boasts comfortable couches and chairs surrounding a fireplace with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The fully equipped kitchen hosts everything you need for any meal. There is a second laundry area on this level. At the top of the steps to the third floor, you’ll find a cabinet with a built-in small fridge. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom! The first-floor master and many of the guest bedrooms feature king beds.
