Maintenance Technician

Long Term Employment Opportunity with Dune Vacation Rentals
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team!

Dune is a leading vacation rental company serving 30A!
Due to growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Person to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as HVAC maintenance, drywall, painting and light plumbing. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the homes and common areas in the best possible condition.

Responsibilities
• Survey homes and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Assist vacationing guest with maintenance related problems as they arise.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Assist team maintenance technicians with ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

Skills
• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• HVAC and Mechanical service and repairs preferred by not required
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

Requirements:
• HVAC/Refrigerant: 2 year (preferred)
• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience
• Must have Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances Carpentry/Construction Skills
• Must have own transportation to get to work.

Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and hard-working individual who is ready to bring a new perspective to marketing luxury and high-end vacation rentals on County Highway 30A.

As the Marketing Coordinator, your role is vital to our online success and presence on all social channels as well as our website. If you are interested in developing your own content, increasing brand awareness, and being a part of a growing team, we would like to meet with you!

Job Responsibilities:
· Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
· Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube.
· Update and maintain current photos and virtual tours of each property on the website.
· Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
· Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
· Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely fashion.
· Create and deliver monthly e-blast newsletters and blog post for the website.
· Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
· Examine keywords and make adjustments based on market trends and search-ability.

Qualifications/Skills:
· Proven experience managing social media platforms and running campaigns.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask with great time management skills.
· Familiarity of SEO, keyword search, and Google Analytics.
· Creative photography skills for home photoshoots.
· Strong video and photo editing tools, digital media formats and HTML skills.
· Ability to act proactively in studying future trends in social media and digital technologies.
· Passion for designing and developing original and unique content across all platforms.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, New Media, Communications, or related field.
· 1-3 years’ experience with social media marketing and/or content development.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom).
· Experience with Matterport Virtual Tours is a plus but not required.
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
