Eden Gardens State Park sprawls over 163 acres of terrain that were once part of the historic Wesley homestead. Upon arrival, visitors will find that the focal point of the landscapes tends to be the renovated two-story home dating back to 1897. Complete with stunning white columns and a wrap-around porch, this home speaks to a bygone era while bringing impeccable architectural detailing into the present-day experience. Around the home, guests can enjoy a collection of romantic moss-draped live oaks which set a perfect scene for weddings and special events throughout the year. The home was originally renovated as a showplace for family antiques and heirlooms by Lois Maxon in 1963, and today, visitors can enjoy full guided tours.
