This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom vacation rental home sits directly across from the wonderful Sand Hill Frog Pool, provides a 6-seat golf cart/LSV for your convenience, and is just minutes from all of the amenities Watercolor has to offer!

On the first floor, you will find 3 beautifully designed guest bedrooms allowing the family to feel connected while having enough space to spread out. The first guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Next, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. Lastly, there is a twin over full bunk bed, and a shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo, making it perfect for your little ones!

The open-concept floor plan, on the second floor, welcomes you to the living room that flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, and the oversized island lends itself to endless meal preparations. The rich walnut flooring and custom artwork create an antique modern aura, providing that “home away from home” feeling. The master bedroom is located on the second floor as well and has a king size bed and a private bathroom.

The second floor porch, equipped with a gas grill, TV, and comfortable seating, overlooks the beautiful Nature Preserve creating the perfect space for relaxation. The porch also allows entry to the carriage house, where you’ll find an additional guest bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- 11 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
