“Summer of 42” is an exclusive beach retreat located in Inlet Beach with luxurious high-end decor and furnishings that create the perfect escape for the ultimate vacation.  Enjoy unobstructed gulf views from one of the multiple balconies or while taking a dip in the private pool. This residence can accommodate 16 guests offering 6 bedrooms (including 2 bunk rooms) and 5 full bathrooms with 2 additional half bathrooms. 

This home welcomes you with stunning white, shiplap walls and warm wood flooring - designed to allow for natural light to fill the space.  The back of the home has sliding glass doors on each floor, which provides unobstructed views of the beautiful sandy beaches and one-of-a-kind sunsets.  The first floor offers a king guest bedroom with access to the backyard, which has a private pool overlooking the beach, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating that is great for relaxing after a day on the beach.  The laundry room and a half bathroom is also located on the first floor for convenience.  

The second floor is where the heart of the home is, the grand kitchen.  The kitchen space of this home is a chef’s dream featuring stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range.  There is a wet bar with a separate beverage refrigerator and ample storage space. The dining space is positioned to see outstanding sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite meal.  There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub, and dual vanity sink. There is also a half bathroom for convenience. 

The master retreat is located on the third floor and is a luxurious space you will never want to leave.  Enjoy gulf views from the plush king sized bed or step out onto the private balcony to feel the cool, ocean breeze.  The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate vanities.  An additional guest bedroom is located on this floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sink. 

The fourth floor greets you with a beverage station and refrigerator for quick access while watching your favorite movie in the open living space. This floor has two bunk rooms, each with queen over queen bunks that both have access to the balcony.  The fourth floor balcony wraps around the side of the home and has plenty of space for the whole family to be together.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. 

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer. 
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay.  This will be added onto your total when checking out.  Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
