The kitchen offers high end appliances, ample space for meal preparation, and everything needed for dining at home. The dining area provides seating for six guests.
The second floor offers two king bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms. Both bathrooms feature dual vanities, rain head showers, and built in seating with a handheld wand for added convenience. A third bedroom features a queen bed with built in storage. There is a separate bathroom featuring a single vanity and shower. Also located on the second floor are a full size, stacked washer and dryer.
The third floor tower provides a quiet retreat with a table for 4, as well as 2 chairs to relax and take in the gorgeous views of the Gulf and the town of Seaside.
Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a private driveway offering off street parking, an EV charging station for guest use, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The side yard features a deck with a large table, seating, and a natural gas grill connected directly to the home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
