Located in a quiet community, 10 Dalton Drive is just moments from the sand and crashing waves of the Gulf, and other 30A fun and excitement.

Exterior Features

Arrive at the home and feel beach calm wash over you. The white exterior blends with the environment and the other homes around it. While you may be tempted to jump in the pool or spa before entering the home, first make your way to the covered deck and the entrance of the home. Once you’ve made yourself at home inside, you can jump into the private pool and spa. Sit out in one of the chaise lounges, or prepare a meal al fresco on the provided BBQ grill. The second level hosts a balcony with Adirondack-style chairs accessed by two of the bedrooms.  Out back, an expansive deck hosts several outdoor living and dining spaces! You’ll find another grill, too.

Interior Amenities

Enter the home and the sprawling great room. The space easily combines the daily functions of living, cooking, and dining into one. Settle into the living space on one of the comfortable couches. Plan the day together or watch a favorite movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. At mealtime, turn to the fully equipped kitchen. Make use of stainless-steel appliances and all the basic utensils and cookware for your next home-cooked meal.

Spacious counters, including a kitchen island that seats five, round out the space. Enjoy the meal at the dining table that seats eight. The second floor hosts most of the bedrooms, as well as the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Head up to the third floor and relax! The space at the top of the steps is a lounge with a cozy couch and chair facing a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Challenge one another to a game tournament and make drinks at the wet bar. Open the sliding door to the Juliet balcony for some fresh air. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

At the end of the day, get a good night’s sleep. The first bedroom is on the first floor and boasts a king size bed, night tables, dresser, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The en suite bath features a walk-in shower and single-sink vanity. The second floor boasts the master suite and three other bedrooms.

The master suite hosts a king bedroom set with matching night tables and dresser, along with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Enjoy the beautiful weather when you step outside from your private outdoor access. Your daily routines are easy and private in the en suite bath featuring frameless glass walk-in shower and double-sink vanity.

The third bedroom also hosts a king bedroom set with matching night tables and dresser. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV keeps occupants entertained, and the en suite bath with walk-in shower and single-sink vanity make getting ready a breeze. The fourth bedroom hosts another king bedroom set with dresser and night tables. The room also has access to the outdoor space, as well as a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

The en suite bath boasts a frameless glass walk-in shower and single-sink vanity. For extra sleeping space, there is a set of built-in twin-over-twin bunks in the hallway outside the fourth bedroom. The final bedroom is perfect for kids! It’s on the third floor and features two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. Each bunk has its own light, so kids can read or play games as they wish before bed. There’s space for everyone to enjoy a Seagrove Beach vacation!
